What you have there is a young medusa stage of a hydroid or jellyfish its a very cool thing to watch if your lucky you will see the jelly stage. It doesn't last long they come and go in established tanks usually unnoticed.

had loads like that so thought it was the spores of aiptasia until i saw that hydroid jellyfish .look similar
Thanks for the replies! I've been seeing them everyday now. It started with one then a handful everyday after. I've been sucking them up cause I've read that they can sting fishes? Right now I just have a pair of clowns. Should I be worried or is there any way to control them? 6 line is next in line for my 29g, I've read they will sometimes eat them?

Nothing to worry about they don't have a long life in a aquarium they will die off quickly. I've never had problems with them stinging fish.
