I am working with a small space tank and have a refugium in the plan which is about completed but I have no space for a heater to fit in it, or so I think. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an inline heater that would be able to heat a 30 gallon hex. I have some in tank heaters that I used when it was originally set up as a freshwater cichlid tank and they maintained a constant temp very well but the goal with this set up is keeping as much out of the tank as possible. I have also heard that using to smaller heaters is a good choice so if one fails the other can hang on long enough for you notice that one is down. That option I could maybe make fit in my sump. :confused:
