Is my hermit ok?

Its a scarlet red hermit and i just got him the other day and he just sits next to the rock on the sand on his back. My other hermit and Astrea snail are doing fine. Theyre roaming around mowing my rocks.

Could he be molting? I can see his antennaes moving and if i move him out into the open he gets up and moves back to the side of the rock and lays on the back of his shell.

He might be molting, if he is alive then i would just leave him be.

Hard to say what's going on. People don't usually pay very close attention to how well their hermits are doing. :)

LOL Biff I check on mine if they are out in the open if I see them upside down I like to flip them over. But if he keeps going back there then I say leave him to do his thang.

Maybe he had a going away party and is still recovering :)
