is this Hair Algae?

Anyone know what type of Algae is this? it's all patched up. each branch looks like a one sided feather. it looks good though. hopefully not a nuisance algae.

It looks like bryopsis -- which is a nuisance algae. Pluck it out by hand.

It spreads and is very had to find anything that will eat it for you. Pluck it like they said.

Its not really harmfull as it is a pest.It'll completely cover your rock and over grow your corals.
I dont know of anything that eats its it either.

Seahares will eat it, as will lettuce leaf nudis.

Seahares are awesome, and badass. I've had two of them, named Jessica I and Jessica II (after Jessica rabbit). They are fun to pet and squeeze.
