Is this worm good or bad?

Hay all,
Heres a vid of a worm I found in a piece of my LR. Anybody know what this is? Thanks for any responses.

Eh, im gonna thank goodness my 29 is so small and its easy to keep an eye on cause if i had a 100+ size tank i would drive myself crazy looking for stuff. :D
