i got one of these today and was able to eliminate all but one other powerhead. Man is it powerful. It is gonna take a little messin to figure out the right flow.

K-Mags are able to used on on/off wavemakers. Part of the reason they're so expensive, and don't come in controllable versions. :P

yea, from K5 to K8 are all wavemaker friendly. I've been running 2 of them on and off every 10 seconds or so for a couple of weeks now.

No, not at all. For the K5+, they are completely quiet when turned on everytime.
