so i looked at my tank and noticed that the top wasnt rippling as much as usual. i realized that one of my powerheads wasnt on so i tried the switch, jiggling the plug, and using a different outlet and the thing wont turn on... it has been running fine and now nothing. :frustrat: any tips?

Send it back to the manufacturer and have them replace it for free? Not sure what the warranty is but from my experience Koralia has good customer service.

My koralia did that awhile back, i took it out of the tank and cleaned all the crap out of it and soaked it in a white vinegar solution with some super hot water, and then ran it in that solution for a bit. Now it works just fine.

+1 littlefish, I had to do the same thing with two of my koralia nanos.

Yep, soak it in vinegar for a few hours. The Koralia powerheads need to be kept clean.
