Leather fraggin

Ok so I have some leathers on a frag plug that I want to put other places in my tank. My question starts there. How do get it off the plug can I just for lack of a better term scrape it off the plug like a zoanthid?:question:

Yeah, leathers are super hardy. Scrape it off, take a needle and some fishing wire, and attach the leather to a rock. Or wedge it in somewhere. They are tough to glue, because they get all slimey.

Cool I was a looking for how to get it off and I couldnt find anything. Theres a guy here selling his 6 inch foxface Lo for 35.
