Light time?

Ok so I have my lights set this way since I started my tank.

5PM - Main Display 2 Blue and Refugium
6PM - 3-12Ks and 1 Blue come on in Main Display
11PM - 3-12Ks and 1 Blue Turn off in Main Display
12Midnight - The remain 2 blue in the Main Display and Refugium shots off.

Now as you can see the lights are on for 7 hours with the middle 5 hours having all the lights on.

How should I adjust the lights to be the best for the tank now that there is regular life going on inside and it is not in the beginning stages anymore.

I do not mind it turning off at 12Midnight because I am normally up later than that and the light is only noticeable in my room if I look at the bottom of the door.

I have them set the way they are so I get the dusk and dawn effect.

I just need to know the length I should aim for.

I think 7-10 hours is sufficient for most tanks, at least from what I've read from various sources. Personally, I have my T5's kick on at 2 PM, and then the Halides come on at 3 PM, and then turn off at 9 PM, and the T5's are off at 10 PM. I have the moonlight LED's on from 9:45 PM until 7 AM

I'll be switching over to LED's once they ship from Reefgeek, so I'll revisit my lighting scheedule at that time, but I dont think there is anything wrong with yours.

Its all about preference...I keep my MH on for 12hrs, and have never had any issues.
