lighting config?

I just got my 72g bowfront! The lighting is 2 ballasts of t5's. I want to control the lighting automagically. The bulbs are antinic,day,antinic, day. I am not able to bring on them indepent arranged this way. Am i able to run each ballast with same lighting and still get the coverage i need for corals or will ot be segmented?

I have moved my bulbs around in my 4 bulb t5 unit and it has been fine.
