looking for a skimmer

need a skimmer about 150-200$ all my pets stores sell are seaclones and even my LFS hum.......anyway in search of a skimmer which would be a good buy i looked on Drfoster and smiths but i still have no clue what im looking for

For what size tank and will it be hang-on-back or in sump?

75 gallon and a I prefer hang on but sump will be good

In your budget, the Coralife Super Skimmers and Aqua C Remora Pro are the best hang-on-back skimmers. Check out the Octopus brand skimmers too, they make hang-on-back and in-sump skimmers that are very good (I use an Octopus on my 240).

why do you prefer a hang on back skimmer when you have a sump? Imo a sump is the perfect place for a skimmer...
