I was wondering if its possible to keep a mandarin without a fuge.

Madarin fish are not a beginners fish as they must have plenty of the right kind of food that only developes in a seasoned system. if you can provide adequate food and good water parameters then you can do it without a fuge.

How do you hatch live brine?

First question a refugium will help grow copepods,since there is nothing feeding on them. Second To hatch just takes salty water with constant air.Like a bucket with saltwater and an air pump.If you hoping to use this to feed a manderine,they will not always eat brine shrimp.Your tank needs to stable and fortified with there natural diet of copepods.I like them to,but have stayed away do to fact they would most likely strave in my tank.
