melted food

I am so stupid!! i left a whole bag of frozen food out all night, it was completely melted by morning :frustrat::frustrat: Is there anyway to save it or should i just cut my losses and throw it?

I would throw it out, better to have to buy $60 worth of new frozen food then to kill a bunch of fish.

If it thawed out completely, most of the nutritional components would have leeched out already anyway.
Refreezing it would only create ice-filled husks.
