Moon Brain.

My moon brain has two heads on it that look like their rotting away. The color is gone and I can see the skeleton. All other corals look fine so far.Any comments on what could be causing this?

What are your water chemistry look like? how long has the tank been set up?

amm and nitrires are 0. Nitrates are 20 and calcium was like 450 last time i checked and ph is 8.0. I guess i didnt acclimate it to the lights. I was told to just float it and then just put it in.
