Mounting 60" lights on 72" tank

life's a beach
I have a 60 Inch Hamilton Cebu Sun. It was a gift with a 150g tank(that's 72"). The previous owner used metal plates to rest the legs on(they rusted in quick order).

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to mount them for now? I plan on upgrading to LEDs towards the middle of the summer. But I wanted to get this setup rolling before then.

Ceiling mount is not an option and there is no canopy.

Thanks!

Custom fab something out of 409 Stainless or T-4041 Anodized. If not that, just jimmy rig some pvc or something. Like 2" pvc with a 4" slit to slip on the glass and a 90° however high with some more straight out for a bracket.

if i were to use stainless i would go with 304 or 316 as any 400 series stainless can rust. 304 is NSF food grade and 316 is surgical grade
