My Clownfish getting along

How big are they?
I would try something like mysis shrimp.

Mine likes Formula One made by Ocean Nutrition. He doesn't eat the whole cube, I make small flakes for him with a knife and feed him the small pieces of food and It works for me. He doesn't like mysis shrimp.

I had to break out the ruler to see how big 4cm was:D
+1 on the formula one as well. Mine eat anything that hits the water including my hand.

That could be, just give them time to get use to their new home. :)

It could take up to even a week for them to get used to their new home, so no worries! Also in general, frozen foods would be better for their diet instead of flakes or pellets.
