My Coral is turning white

Reefing newb
Noticed one of my corals branches turning white. This one has had trouble since it came home, the other is fine. There really isn't anything near it. My testing 2 days ago read

sp.g=1.025
Ph=8.0
Ammonia=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=0

Is there anything I can do?

How old are the bulbs?
The bulbs are 3 months old.

and this may be a silly question, but how will flow affect the coral in this way. Just curious, I get the lighting. But don't understand the flow.

Oh, and he is kind of high in my tank, would mabye lowering him help?

Some corals don't like high flow, and others do. Either it was already sick when you got it (since you said it's had trouble since you had it home) or it's not used to the light, and you didn't acclimate it to the light since you said it's high up. Not sure though.

Test Phosphates! 0.25 ppm will start killing corals. I have the Biocube 29 and the stock hood may not have enough light for all corals. Consider MHs.
