I used pieces of rock that I have lying around instead of frag plugs. Wanted to wait and see if I could frag without killing before I spent money on it :)

Nice work Bio.Now just let em grow out some,and trade em.
I actually perfer my frags to be mounted to rubble rocks over the plugs.With the plugs,you've got to have holes to set them in.When ther on rubble,its a lot easier to find a place to set them.

That's a great idea. I always use plugs but those look so much better. No more plugs for me!

My LFS told me that small ceramic tiles also works wonders for frag plugs. Way6 cheaper than frag plugs and you dont have the "stem" problem..

Frag plugs are great,if your aquascaping is done with eggcrete.
