My First Pest

So today looking at my tank and doing my weekly water tests I noticed that I have an small glass anemone :pooh:. I took a picture of it because maybe someone can tell me its not one, but when I went to poke it with something it went back into the rock. So two questions should I get some peppermint shrimp or go the chemical route? I have nothing in the tank right now except LR and LS and has been cycled for a month already.

Peppermint shrimp are hit or miss. Some will eat it, some won't. Apstasia X works great. It won't hurt your water either. Get it now while it is only one. If you let it go, you will have aplague.

Yep its Aiptasia alright, kill that SOB with Aiptasia X and don't be nice about it.

ya nuke it..I use aiptaisa control has always done the job for me..

Scare it back into its hole or crevises and then use gel superglue and pump it into the crevises.

Scaring it into it's hole will make it expel it's reproductive zygotes. Leading to even more anems!
