need help with overflow

guys ..im having problems with the pipe of the overflow trapping air bubbles..i saw once pipes with a small hole on top and a pump to drain the bubbles..does anyone has pics of this?? or theres any other method??...thaks!!..cause this slows down my overflow drain :frustrat:

Can you get more flow thru the overflow. More flow means less bubbles

you can always try to drain the air out using a air hose and some suction. I use one of those syringes from an acclimation kit. Also the guy is right about more flow means less bubbles. You might not have enough flow to keep it bubble free, check for blockage.

If you have never removed that air bubble do so with some air line tubing. If you still get bubbles trapped there your flow is not fast enough. You can increase the flow by lowering the inside box (one with teeth). As long as your return pump can keep up.
