need protein skimmer

i need a new skimmer i was looking at the SWC xtreme does anyone know anything about them are they good ? i have a 75 gallon tank i want to get a skimmer that is rated for minimum 75g id like one thats ment for a 150 so i never have to buy one again or worry about it handling the bio load what do you recomend ?

whats the diffrence between a skimer thats a cone skimer and one thats just a skimer whats the cone shape do ? witch is better for reef the 2 im looking at are

I've read some good reviews about the SWC skimmers. but, the one I read about the 160 said there are better designs for your size tank. If I were you, I'd look at the octopus skimmers and save some money. 100gal. Reef Octopus NWB 110 Needle Wheel Protein Skimmer - AquaCave or 150gal. Cone skimmers funnel the foam upward to the cup in an unrestricted manor. Other than that I know of no difference. I think over all they perform better.

anyone deal with the euro reef skimmers ? its between the euro reef and the E.T.S.S ? if i get the ETSS can i use a mag 5 pump is that to much ?

Not sure about the euro reef but, Yote uses te ETSS.
