New Corals

[Aquatic Pet]

I went into the store around my area and picked up to "Pieces of the Reef". They are groups of start up corals to put in your tank. They are my first two pieces of coral that i put in my tank.

Can you guys look at each and tell me what your opinion is for current/flow they should have? Right now, i have them in a middle area towards the top of the tank and they get a good amount of flow. Most have opened, just one still closed.

those guys like a wide variety of flow, depends on the individual coral, but they look really happy so I think they are good where they are

Those rocks look painted purple.

They are from an aquacultural farm in Maryland. They generate their own live rock and have amazing product. A friend of mine has an entire tank full of their rock and it is gorgous!!!!

Looks like several types of zoanthids and some GSP to me. I'd say medium light and medium flow for them, they all look pretty happy where they are so I would leave them be
