New Fish Water Change

Hi,

How soon after adding a new fish can I safely make a water change?

My set up is about 2 months old. The water is testing fine across the board (29g). I have only 2 snails and a handful of hermit crabs that have been in there about 10 days. Yesterday I added a single ocellaris clown.

The new clown seems to be doing fine.

I know I am due for a 10% water change. How long should I let the new fish settle before doing my water change?

Also, my salinity is a tad low - 1.021-1.022. I was going to bump it up a bit with this water change. If I am going to change the chemistry a little, might that impact the recommended lead time before a water change?
