New Fish ?

Me and my wife are getting a new fish but are not really sure what to get my tank is 55 gallon reef, and only have 3 fish in the tank any suggestions since we can't make up our minds haha , want to add more brighter looking fish, the fish i have are 2 occ clowns and a yellow tang.

Look at the fairy wrasses, there are plenty with great colors and most will do just fine in a 55.

I wouldn't put a copperband in a 55 gallon tank. They have specific feeding requirements and usually don't live longer than a few months.

I would go with a coral beauty angel or a flame angel too.

Your tank is also too small for a yellow tang...

I agree with Biff, some sort of wrasse or a dwarf angel would add color

I think I hear sirens off in the distance though - the Tang Police may be on to you

Various little jawfish are fun, they dig caves for themselves and have great behavior. Royal Grammas are nice too, other ideas might be Firefish. Have fun!

I am not getting rid of my tang , he isn't that big and i am upgrading to a 90g sooner or later
