New lighting system!

Hey Aquarists,

In a couple of days I will buying a lighting system for my brand new 75 gallon tank. Im only keeping live rocks, lots of fishes and one anemone. I was if the Nova Extreme T-5 Fixtures w/Lunar Lights 48" - 216 watts is good for that particular situation or should I go with the Nova Extreme T-5 Fixtures w/Lunar Lights 48" - 432 watts?

216 vs 432 Watts?

Novaqua extreme if you want to keep anemonies.

I second that, anemones need a lot of light.

Although,I have the Nova Extreme(432w) and am quite happy with it.I still wish I got a fixture with individual reflectors.I would check the Tek fixtures and Aquactinics TX-5 before making a decision.

I AGREE WITH 432..with that power you can have any kind of coral plus anemone..

yep, can't go wrong with more lighting. everyone allways says that they are only going with such and such and not going to go full reef. give it about 3 or 4 months and you'll be wanting corals. and then in a few more months you will see some really cool sps's that you want. then you be glad that you have the lighting that you will need. if you have the money to spend for them now, it will save some on down the road because you wont have to upgrade.
