Sorry to hear about your copper problem. Was the rock and sand contaminated with copper when you bought it? If so, that sucks. Definitely try getting the copper out using the method you linked to, but if that doesn't work, you will either have to buy all new rock, or just keep that tank as fish only.
And the blue tang should be moved into a larger tank -- they need at least twice that size tank to do well. Otherwise, I think your nano looks beautiful -- good job with it.
