They had them priced at $88 each ... a bit much but i had to have them

That's not a bad price those. I am getting a pair of Black Ice, which typically go for about 125.00 a piece.

I actually had inquired about a set of black ones but they told me they werent available yet ... would have been nice to have one of each

Really? I am getting mine this weekend. I went to the LFS and looked at them on Wednesday. Course, the LFS here gets those, the Snowflakes, and Platinums all the time.
