Toadstools can handle a wide range of lighting. I've got one about 1/2 way up in my tank under a 150w MH and another on the sandbed under a 250w. I'm going to move the one up in the rocks though to see if I can get quicker growth out of it.

Thanks Brian! It's just off the sand now, it was under weaker lights at the store. I was going to move it up after about a week.
