The guy who built my stand and is working on my canopy, this is his tank. No blue lights. Don't ask me why but he said he hasnt been running them. Same size tank as mine 46 bow, sorry for pic quality

Wow, it's so yellow. Those corals would be magnificent under the correct lighting! He has some very nice pieces.

agreed, more blue would look better. also, does he have a bigger tank? that sailfin is going to outgrow a 46bow real fast.

This tank has been up and running for about 4-5 years but has been broken down and put back up due to moving more than 8 times. Also just like any reefer hes gone threw his share of LR and trying to find the best set up possible for his LR. All the colonies started as lil frags. The tank is the same as mine a 46 bow but he has an overflow, and a fuge. The sailfin was a fish he decided to foster from his brother. His brother had a 120g and broke it down in order to mover 500 miles. I'll be makin another trip to his house and will ask him to turn on the actinic lights. I wanna say he said he was tryin to cut back on energy costs but that doesnt make to much sense to me. Then again i dont pay electicty for my apt. its encluded.I'll post more pix maybe in like a week.
