Nothing good happens after midnight!

Reef Addicted!
My parents always told me "nothing good happens after midnight" and that must hold true in my saltwater tanks also because every night for the past week I've been searching for the reason several colonies of zoa's have disappeared over the past year and most recently 3 very nice leathers have just disentegrated. I did post a picture of a nudibranch that I found in my 30 gallon earlier this week in "identification" but it was sitting peacefully on a rock and I left him there. He did not look like a zoa eating nudibranch..he was much prettier! Up again last night with a flashlight looking in my 75 gallon was a HUGE nudibranch matching the same one I saw earlier this week. He was attached to the base of my last leather eating away! I have found three so far. I will be "night hunting more often".
Lesson...When in doubt..throw it out!

Yup. I had the same problem with a green star polyp-eating colony of tiny nudis. Stupid rotten critters! Good luck with your hunting!
