I am leaving to go on vacation for 19 days in 30 minutes and I just noticed a small spot on my rock with red hair algae on it!

OMG what am I going to do?!

Pluck it off. If you can pull the rock and scrub it with a tooth brush in some RO that would be good too. Then hope for the best.

Yeah, kiill the rock, if it's just that one rock. I think your tank will be fine minus one rock for a while.
