Ok so i fdd up

So i bought a chocolate star fish and i want to keep it around . So i have also a small ten gallon tank i set up just on a skimmer.running with no bottom, was going to use star board as the bottom and now this star fish! so my question is how fast just on a small 2.2g with little to no sand will it take to help this little guy stay aflowt cause its always hot in my house so no heater yet and i just need to get this guy a home cause my dumb ass :shock:

I'm not sure what your question is. The star doesn't need sand to live. Just feed it. I guess your found out after you got it they are not reef safe.
