Old Damselfish

I was wondering how long do damsels live? I have had this one for 12 years he is about 5 inches and is looking a bit old. Thanks saitoking

In the wild, I'm sure they live as long, if not much much longer...but good job on keeping him alive for 12 years!

I got a blue damsel when I set up my first saltwater tank in 2000, and he died this year. I had about a half dozen other fish from that first tank that are still alive.
