I left a packet (brand new at that) on the counter last night after feeding and didnt discover it until today. Of course it was thawed out... Does that mean its ruined or is it safe to refreeze and reuse?

Heheheh...many times I've left brand-new-just-purchased packs of frozen food in my car overnight ;) Tossed 'em all!
