opinion on 2 skimmers

Alright the guy down at the LFS talked me into going with a sump/refugium with an in sump protein skimmer when I get set up. The tank is going to be a 90 gallon and he sells either the coralife superskimmer and the Marineland Advanced in sump skimmer, the latter he said he really liked. Any opinions on the two as well well as which of the two you would go with would be great

I had a CSS and it's not very good. I wouldn't recommend 1. You can get an Octo for the same price and it will be 100x better. The Marineland rep had those new skimmers at our last swap. They look pretty nice, but I haven't really read any reviews on them.

Those are both very generic skimmers. If you're going to dive into a new system, its better that you get a high quality skimmer from the start.
