Orbit Lighting with Lunar

I just bought a 30 inch. Orbit Light with Lunar lights from a guy on the internet so it didn't come with instructions, and i'm new to this hobby. My question is do I leave the Lunar light on all night long or should it be completely dark at night??

You can leave the Lunar lights on all night. Most do. Will not cause any harm.

okay thats what I have been doing but wasnt sure if it was good or not. thank you for your help

yep mine turn on at night then turn off when the day lights come on
