my over flows cant keep up with my 2 750 gph return pumps. They had been working fine but now cant keep up and the water level has risen to where its almost running over the top of the overflow instead of the slits. I have adjusted my valves at the pump to cut them back but for the past couple of months I have not had this problem.

Do you havr any algae growth insidr your ovrrflow that would be restricting the flow? My 120 used to get that, really bad when I was running MH lighting.

You might also have something in your pipes. Sometimes snails get in there so be carefull. As far as for the algea problem you can fix that fairly simple. i made an acrylic cover for both sides of my overflow box and painted the top Black so no light gets in. If thats your issue.

Also, make sure there's no air tapped at the top of the u-tube of the overflow...that'll slow down the amount of water too.
