Overflow Box

I am getting the list together to build a sump for my 55 gal. I need an overflow box. I am considering the Eshoppes brand. Do I need dual or single? Up to 300 or up to 600?

I'd consider the lifereef filter overflow.

Single is fine. I have the eshoppes, noce and clean design. I even cut mine to fit on the 55 better.

The Lifereef is the best fail-safe version.
