placement of toadstool

i just picked up a new toadstool from the LFS.

i have t5's

i put him up top and he opened up and then closed like an hour later.

then he opened up about half way and closed about 20 min later.

where should i be placing him?

soft corals are lower light so i would say about halfway down or by the bottom

Somewhere in the middle or lower.They will need a high indirect flow.

Bottom would be best for those guys.

I have mine half way up. It's about twice the size from when I got it. Plus I have three growing from when I cut it off a rock.
