I use Poly reef roids and cyclopeeze(red freezer bar and freeze dried) to spot feed my LPS corals-gonioporas,duncans,torches,candy cane.I don't use any product you just dump in the water.I don't believe it does anything for corals except add extra nutrient to the system.I get better feeding reaction with reef roid than anything I've use in the past and I've use alot of different coral food.
