That is strange. It looks like a larvae of some sort! If it was on land, at least... How big is it?

looks like an Oenonid? I think they eat snails and stuff

Looks like an accordion to me. Or one of those froo-froo expandable collars that weird people make their froo-froo little dogs wear.

It is about 1/2 size of a dime. still not a clue what it is.
