i just bought a bristle star fish i acc for thrity minutes and it curled up his legs and hasnt moved is it in trouble. nit. 1.5, phos sea green color on chart, the others are great my other bristle is fine went and said hello but the new bristle was thrashing around now his rolled up help

Hmmm...maybe you shloud've drip acclimated for longer. I drip acclimate all my livestock (even cuc) for 2+ hours.

Stars especially need a loooooong acclimation time. They are very sensitive to changes in parameters. Everywhere I've seen recommends a 2 hour acclimation time at a bare minimum for stars. And even if your other star did just fine with a shorter time, that's the exception, not the rule. At this point in time, I'm not sure exactly what to do to help your star, but keep in mind that any animal you add to your tank, be it fish, coral, snail, shrimp, or star needs to be given a while to acclimate to its new environment.

When you say Nit do you mean nitrates or nitrites. Both are deadly to inverts.
