i have green star polyps and daisy polyps. The daisy polpys are growing but very slowly....the green star polyps are really not growing in a while...i have had them for 5 month and green star polyps havent changed...

The first obvious question would be your lighting. Second would be GSP likes flow on them

That's hard to answer without knowing anything about your system. Usually a normal cross flow in the tank will be enough for GPS when its on the sand or rock. Not enough to blow the sand around though.

Any other corals in the tank?

i got one power head that has 180gph

Thats not near enough flow for a 75. What other corals do you have?

i downsized to 55....and all i got now is a 2x2 inch frag of both green star and daisy polyps

I would try to get about 1100 gph in your 55. Also, not knowing what lighting you have, I would start at about 4 watts per gallon.

With that little flow, don't you have algae problems?

You should have about twice as much flow in a 55 gallon tank.

Also, have you done a freshwater dip of the corals? There may be a bug on it or something.

not tried that....but i will....do it just like a freshwater bath for fish

Yep, get some RO water warmed up to tank temperature, and drop the coral in it for about 30 seconds. This will dislodge most pests.
