Possible new setup

Hi
Im looking at setting up a small new setup for my bedroom.I just want it to hold 1 algea blennie and more than likely 3 green chromis or 2 clowns oh and im more then likely going to be filling it with a load of of coulourful soft corals.i im looking at getting around 20 gallon and fill it with my old tanks water (selling it) which is over a year old.Anyone got any ideas of what equipment please bear in mind that i can not go out a nd but a load of stuff 13.

I have a 26 gallon tank and I just use live rock, a preteen skimmer, heater, filter with activated carbon and a 5 gallon tank bellow for auto-topoff. I also have a 24 inch coralife light with a blue led for the fish at night. Works great. You'll have to do water changes occasionally since there is no refuge.
