powerhead question.

Had a quick question. Right now I have a hang over the back filter 200 gph on my 30 gallon. I'm wanting to get my power heads. I'm looking at the hydor korolia nano 240's 2 of them . That will give me a turnover rate of 22.67. What do you guys think?

That kinda on the low side, I would get a one or two larger powerbeads

I ordered a 425 korolia nano. I will be fish only for a little while. Once I start getting coral I'm going to get another 425. Think that will be sufficient?

I would get both at the same time if you can, I don't think that 1 is nearly enough flow, even if you don't have coral yet. Don't forget that you need to have a decent surface flow as well.

the 425 plus your HOB will be fine for a fish only but before you get any corals down the road make sure to remember to throw another head in...

I personally think its also important to have lots of flow when you have fish. My fish enjoy the current and it helps keep good oxygen exchange which is super important to keeping healthy fish.

I have an 18 month old. So the wife thinks baby gap clothes take presedence over fishy stuff. I can't argue with that to much.
