Hello and Welcome!
Lots of people do, but to keep them successfully the fish will need to be move to a much bigger home. Also canister filters arent a great method of filtration in a saltwater tank, they tend to lead to water quality issues. Which can be a major issues with the big angels and tangs, because poor water quality (along with stress from being in a tank too small) can lead to HLLE
