Question about flow?!?

So I got two more powerheads for the 180, That gives me a total of 4 koralia 4's and 1800gph of return. The return enters the centre of the tank, tees off then heads down towards the two back bottom corners at a 45. I have room about 8" down from the top of tank, and I put two powerheads at the back pointing straight out. I have two more actually attached to my overflow pointed straight out as well. Everything seems to be getting blasted to crap, and the two front corners of my tank are getting all the substrate blown out. I have no idea where to put these four powerheads which will work best. Any help guys? show me pics of your poweheads please!!!

2 K4's in front of overflow, 2 K3's on back next to overflow and 1 K2 in the back center.

i like cc's setup. If i had that many, i would point two lower ones upward towards the surface. Two higher ones pointing downward. and 1 pointing straight.
