Reflow Snapper and sump question

I'm setting up a new system, and have purchased a reeflo snapper as an external pump to supply my 90 gallon tank. The stand only has room for a 29 gal sump. Do you think the sump will keep up with this flow. With only 4 feet of head pressure this pump will likely do 1900 gph. I have two 11/2 inch returns.
