Replacement filter sponges for Boyu 58l

Hi all,
Where can I get some replacement filter sponges for my Boyu Orca 58l nano tank? The top one has two holes one for a foam insert for over the UV unit and one for the pipework for the air inlet to the skimmer. Thanks

Oh and how often should these be changed?

I have no idea, but what you could do is buy blocks of foam from your LFS and just cut them to size.

Check online retailers like drsfosterandsmith.com. Where did you buy the tank from?

The tank was from Southwest Marines. I have seen plenty of different types such as Fluval and bog standard cheapy rectangular bits of foam and wasn't sure what type to get.

I run a foam block in my Aquaclear HOB filter. I just clean it in the old tank water every time I do a water change and use a turkey baster to suck up the stuff that has collected in the filter itself as well. Don't worry about which brand to use. It's just to collect large particulates anyway. Any of them will do as long as it fits.
