    Hey Guys,

After a bit of research I decided today I need to get a R/O system. Any recommendations on which brand to buy or will the one I saw at home depot last week do?

The ones you get at Home Depot will work fine, but you'll pay 4 times as much than if you bought one online.

    I like my 5 stage i got from thefilterguys.biz :)
It's my first and only RO/DI so I can't tell you if it's better than anything else. A lot of good stuff came standard with it though, so pay attention to the details.

I have been very happy with my Optima CA from Purelyh20.com. Check to see if your water has chloramine in it. If so, make sure to get a RODI that will remove it.

Go with PureWaterClub. They have a good system and they're a great price. I got a 6part RO/DI system for $97.00 shipped.

Those are good deals. I have a 4 stage captive purity plus tds meter. Love it. My lfs ordered it for me. It was expensive (around $250 or so). Haven't had to change filters yet in the year that I've had it. TDS reads 0 still.
